Faster Property Solutions helps homeowners who are facing difficult property situations, including repossession, eviction, mortgage arrears, debt, divorce, probate, and other property-related challenges.

We work with you to find the best possible solution for your situation. This could include selling your property at market value, negotiating with your lender, arranging structured sales, lease arrangements, or other bespoke solutions tailored to your circumstances.

What we are not: We are not cash buyers who offer below market value. We are not a traditional estate agency. We do not buy houses ourselves. Our role is to assess your situation and find the right solution to protect the full value of your home while resolving your immediate problem.

Every situation is different, and we treat it that way. The solution we recommend for you will be based on your specific circumstances, your property, and your goals.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to homeowners with properties located in England and Wales. You must be aged 18 or over and have legal authority to make decisions regarding your property (or have authorisation from the legal owner) to engage our services.

If you are not the sole owner of the property, all legal owners will need to be involved in any decisions about the property. We will discuss this with you during our initial assessment.

4. Enquiries and Initial Assessment

When you contact us, whether by phone, email, or through our website contact form, we will carry out an initial assessment of your situation. This is completely free and without obligation.

During this assessment, we will ask you about your property, your financial situation, and what outcome you are hoping for. This information helps us understand your circumstances and recommend the most appropriate solution.

You are under no obligation to proceed with our services after the initial assessment. If we cannot help you, or if we think a different route would be better for you, we will tell you honestly.

5. Fees and Charges

There are no upfront fees. You will never be asked to pay anything to get started with Faster Property Solutions. Our initial assessment, consultations, and advice are provided at no cost to you.

Our fees are only payable upon the successful completion of a property transaction. The exact fee structure will be clearly explained to you in writing before you agree to proceed with any solution. You will always know what our fees are before committing to anything.

We cover solicitor fees and there are no hidden charges at any stage. If for any reason a transaction does not complete, you will not owe us anything.

6. Referral Programme

We operate a referral programme where you can earn up to £2,000 for referring someone to Faster Property Solutions whose case leads to a successful completion.

Referral payments are made upon successful completion of the referred person's property transaction. The referral must be registered with us before we make contact with the referred party.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time. Any changes will not affect referrals already registered with us at the time of the change. Full details of the referral programme, including current payment amounts and conditions, are available on request.

7. Property Valuations

Any property valuations or price estimates we provide are based on our professional experience, comparable market data, and current market conditions. They are not formal RICS valuations and should not be treated as guarantees of the price your property will achieve.

Property markets can change, and the final sale price of any property depends on a range of factors including market conditions at the time of sale, the condition of the property, buyer demand, and the method of sale. We will always be honest with you about what we think your property is worth and what is achievable.

8. Your Responsibilities

To help us help you, we need you to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your property and your financial situation. This allows us to assess your case properly and find the right solution.
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your case, such as new court dates, lender correspondence, or changes to the property.
  • Provide reasonable access to your property for viewings, valuations, or inspections when required.
  • Confirm that you have the legal authority to make decisions regarding the property, or that you have obtained the necessary consent from all legal owners.
  • Respond to communications from us in a timely manner, particularly when deadlines are involved (such as court dates or lender deadlines).

We understand that you may be dealing with a stressful situation. We will always be patient and work with you at your pace where possible, but some situations require urgent action and timely communication is important.

9. Third-Party Services

In the course of resolving your property situation, we may work with or recommend third-party professionals including solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, and lenders.

While we take care to work with reputable professionals, Faster Property Solutions is not responsible or liable for the services provided by any third party. Any contracts or agreements you enter into with third parties are between you and that third party.

We will always explain why we are recommending a particular third party and you are free to use your own professionals if you prefer.

10. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. When you contact us or use our services, we collect and process personal information in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information you provide through our website contact forms, by phone, or by email is used solely for the purpose of assessing and managing your case. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
