Why chess?
Chess teaches children to think ahead, consider consequences, and solve problems under pressure. These aren't just game skills. They're life skills. Teachers report improvements in confidence, focus, and problem-solving across the curriculum.

Our Above & Beyond fund supports clients with the non-property side of starting over. From clothing and shoes to toiletries and self-care essentials, we provide practical help so families can focus on rebuilding their lives.
The Helping Hand Service
Solving the property problem is only half the battle. Through our Helping Hand service, we connect families with life coaching, personal development resources, and emotional support, free of charge.
Beyond the UK
Through a partnership with the World Transformation Academy, co-founder Prab Paul supports educational programmes for families in Kalkaji, New Delhi, providing resources for children in some of the most deprived communities.
Why we do this
We're not just a property company. The FPS Foundation exists because our co-founders believe helping others is a responsibility, not a PR exercise. If that makes you trust us a little more with your home, that's a bonus, but it's not why we do it.
